The CoachCheckIns name, wordmark, interface design, page structure, illustrations, icon set and every line of text on this site are the property of MLJ, SASU or are used with the permission of their owners. The check in templates, the adherence scoring method and the software behind them are protected as original works and as trade secrets of the publisher.
You may quote short extracts of this site for review, teaching or commentary purposes provided you name CoachCheckIns and link to the page you quoted. Any other reproduction, republication, translation, adaptation or commercial reuse of the content, in whole or in part, on any medium, requires written permission from the publisher. Scraping the site to build a competing directory, a training corpus or a mirrored copy is not permitted.
Coaches who use the service keep full ownership of the client data they collect through it. Nothing in this notice transfers any right over that data to the publisher.
Liability
The publisher works to keep the information on this site accurate and current, and reviews the figures quoted in the marketing pages when the underlying platform data changes. Even so, the information is provided for general guidance and may contain errors or become out of date between reviews. If you spot something wrong, write to the address above and it will be corrected or removed.
CoachCheckIns is a business tool, not a medical, nutritional or legal advisory service. The adherence score is a way to read the answers your clients give you, and it does not diagnose anything or replace the professional judgment of a qualified coach or clinician. The publisher cannot be held responsible for coaching decisions taken on the basis of the information displayed in the product, nor for indirect losses such as lost clients, lost revenue or lost data arising from the use of this website.
External links on this site are provided for convenience. The publisher does not control the content of third party websites and accepts no responsibility for them.
Applicable law
This legal notice, the website and the relationship between the publisher and site visitors are governed by French law.
